Southridge Scholar

The Southridge Scholar award is designed to honor academically well-rounded students who have pushed themselves to excel in a strong and challenging four-year educational program. Students who meet all the requirements are eligible for this honor and will be presented with a gold stole to proudly wear at graduation. Requirements include: 

• Have an unweighted cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Earned 8 credits in advanced coursework
• Successful completion of the 3rd year of a world language OR obtain the Oregon Seal of Biliteracy
• Earned 1.0 credit in either visual or performing arts
• Satisfied requirements for a CTE pathway of study, SRHS pathway of study, Dual Language program, IB Diploma Program or IB Career Program
• Actively participate in at least 2 co-curricular activities (sports, clubs, theater, music)
• Adhere to SRHS academic integrity and honesty policies throughout all four years
