Only those students who have earned all the required graduation credits may participate in graduation exercises (i.e., walk at graduation).  A student who successfully completes all graduation requirements of the Beaverton School District and Southridge High School and who is in good standing may participate in graduation exercises.

The Graduation Ceremony will be Wednesday, June 4 in the Skyhawk stadium. Time TBA. Parking is extremely limited due to the staging of summer construction vehicles. Please do not park in the THPRD front lot nor in the south Southridge lot (behind THPRD) in the row that abuts the THRPD building. Bringing a lawn chair is encouraged! Please don't bring large tents or other pieces that could obstruct another's view of the ceremony. Concessions and flowers will be available and funds generated go back to the school. 

All seniors are expected to complete a Senior Exhibition or Senior Project in order to graduate from Southridge High School. Students can complete a Senior Project by working to earn a Career Academy endorsement, or through Advisory can make a Senior Exhibition presentation. The intent of the Senior Exhibition is to give seniors an opportunity to make a culminating presentation to their peers, and also give them the opportunity to showcase their accomplishments and post-high school plans. Senior Exhibition requirements are explained in  Advisory class in grade 12.

Graduation regalia, robes, caps, and tassels can be ordered at jostens.com.

If finances are tight SRHS does have some caps and gowns that can be borrowed.  

These can be reserved and accessed by contacting SRHS Assistant Principal, Marina Heitz.  

All students will be given a medallion from SRHS at graduation.  

Grads will each receive 8 tickets. Any extras that are needed will need to be worked out between students. Students may ask other students for their extra grad tickets. Administration will not be monitoring this exchange of tickets. 

As is tradition, please bring comfortable lawn chairs if you don't plan on sitting in the bleacher section. You'll need to come early to get a seat in the bleachers. Please do not bring large tents or tarps as that will obstruct the view of others sitting in their chairs behind you. 

There will be special ADA and elderly seating. Contact Assistant Principal Marina Heitz for more information.  These spaces will need to be reserved ahead of time. Also, seniors are encouraged to donate their caps and gowns to SRHS for future use.

What is a Grad Night Party? A safe, alcohol and drug-free celebration for the Southridge Class of 2025 that consists of an action-packed, late-night celebration at a secret location. The party includes an evening of fun activities, great food, fantastic prizes and giveaways. And, equally important, an opportunity for the Class of 2025 to be together one last time!

Please see the attached packet for all of the details and waivers needed before the big night. Pricing per ticket is TBD.
