Strategic Plan Outcome: Every Student Feels Safe
Strategic Plan Measure: 85% of students will report feeling safe with a sense of belonging at our school.
School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely): Every student will be polled at the end of each quarter to gauge their feelings about how they feel about safety and a sense of belonging. The principal's SPAC (Student & Principal Advisory Committee) will review the feedback and advise the administration team on next steps to move positively forward feelings of safety and belonging.
Strategic Plan Strategy: Create schoolwide structures that intentionally build safe and inclusive learning environments.

- Create a hallway/bathroom pass system and enforce safe hallway passing using teacher agreements, admin and campus monitor teams.
Measures (The quantifiable change in what adult and/or student knowledge, abilities, skills, attitudes or beliefs will occur.):
- Hallway wanderings will decrease by 50% from last year. Random counts of students in the hallways will be collected. Teacher anecdotal data will also be collected.

- Data on student attendance and grades will be collected weekly and will inform weekly Behavior, Health and Wellness meetings.

- Weekly attendance reports will show classroom attendance improving over last year's percentages due to SRHS observance of the closed campus policy and the insistence that students be in their classrooms for safety and learning.

- Quarterly student surveys on students' perception of safety, well-being and belonging will score above the 70% of last year.

Strategic Plan Outcome: Every 9th Grader on Track for Graduation
Strategic Plan Measure: 85% of our current 9th graders will be on track to graduate (6+ earned credits) when entering their 10th grade year.
